Expands upon the Riverville jail by adding a watchtower, a secret exit and more.

This mod makes a few additions to the Riverville Jail:
The entrance was moved back and there is now a watchtower above it; a secret exit was added.
In additon, this mod adds a new weapon: a crowbar. It does not do much damage but it is rather swift. The texture resolution is 2048x2048.
Navmesh should work everywhere. There probably will be a few optimisation passes but I wanted to listen to some feedback first.
I'm always open to suggestions and happy about any screenshots. :)
