I built this SV to fit easily into my Sovereign Class Reaper Hangar Bay. It fits easily through the 13x7 Hangar Door and it is easy to turn around. When flying inside the Sovereign Hangar Bay, be aware of the high speed and make sure not to overshoot forward or up or you will find this SV stuck in the Hangar Bay ceiling lights with no easy way to get loose. Watch for lag spikes. It’s easy to fly it in so long as you are aware. To be safe, only activate one of the two 24 Thruster buttons in the Control Panel to move at half thrust while inside the Hangar Bay. If you do get stuck, delete the ceiling lights that the SV is stuck on with your Multitool while the Shield is off, and then Repair the Sovereign Class Reaper to Template at a Station. You don't want to mess with the 5 integrated grids signal logic if you don't have to.

This Reaper Destroyer was designed to be as deadly and as fast as possible, with as much storage as possible. It has 52 Minigun Turrets, 32 of which have direct, frontal line of sight forwards. It has 12 Mounted Pulse Lasers for taking down POI Shields, and 8 Mounted Rocket Launchers (Homing) for taking out POI Turrets. There are 4 Mounted T2-Laser Drill Module slots on the front center bottom two Mounted Pulse Laser cells which should all work if you attach them but you will lose functionality of some of the Mounted Rocket Launchers and Pulse Lasers, due to the 21 Mounted Gun limit, until you remove the 4 Mounted Drills again.

This Destroyer Earns Its Name

It has 125 m/s Acceleration in all 6 directions while loaded with a generous supply load and LOTS of Ammo. It has 6 32 kSU Ammo Containers and 4 32 kSU Ore & Wood Containers for a total Container storage capacity of 320 kSU. It has 6 Constructors and 4 Fridges. It has a rear Ramp Entrance and a Drone Hatch. It has a 5 Hour and 26 Minute Full Tank Hover Time in 1 G when fully loaded with LOTS of Ammo.

This Reaper Destroyer will hit 120 m/s Acceleration in all 6 directions at 1 kt of mass. It has a top speed of 130 m/s.

This Reaper Destroyer has very versatile Control Panel Main Tab Signal Logic for the weapons and Thrusters so use it. You can go in low gear for precision parallel parking and you can save Ammo by reducing overkill when appropriate. And don't forget to activate the Reticule when using the Mounted Weapons.

When using the Drone Hatch, follow the instructions on the floor. Face the front, click the Shutter Door Roof to open it, then jump with the Space Bar and press F5 to launch your Drone. Then you can use the Drone to click and close the Drone Hatch.

You can bring down regular POI shields in less than 15 seconds with the 12 Mounted Pulse Lasers in conjunction with the 52 Minigun Turrets.

But one of the best things about this Reaper Destroyer is how easy it is to get in and out of it and exit and enter from the front. The Drone Hatch makes entering and exiting almost as fast as it is from a Cockpit Block. And the spread Turret Battery design makes it easy to harvest Auto Miners. Just fly straight at it in First Person until the tentacles make contact and you can't move forward anymore, then just level out and land, keeping the Auto Miner in front of you and as close as possible. Then just take a couple steps into the Drone Hatch and fly up and forward over the ridge and walk down the nose of the SV to land in front of the Auto Miner. Harvest it then turn around and Jetpack up the nose of the SV and scramble over the ridge to slide right back into the Reaper Destroyer's Drone Hatch. All grinding tasks that are easiest with small no interior SVs are just as easy with this large interior SV. Only size restrictions make a small SV a more practical choice for a task. But look at the storage.

With a Little Practice You Can Destroy Any POI Quickly

The 32 Tentacle mounted front Minigun Turrets will always have line of sight forwards. Keep an eye on the closest enemies in order to control what they target. They usually kill ground Zirax with 1 cycle, 2 at most. When they target one POI Turret they destroy it in a couple of seconds. You must use range distance to force the 32 front Minigun Turrets to target nearby Drones and ground Zirax until they are all destroyed before you get close enough to the POI for the Minigun Turrets to target a POI Turret. Otherwise you will be in range of the POI Turrets but your Minigun Turrets will be targeting other things. In this way you can take out all the POI turrets one by one very quickly with the 32 front Minigun Turrets.

Of course you can also use the 8 Mounted Homing Rocket Launchers. Straight down is best for that. Some of the POI Turrets cannot shoot straight up.

However, the most important things when it comes to precision, long distance aiming are your Pitch and Yaw settings, over in the Control Panel Statistics Tab. I recommend keeping both axis set to the same value for optimal response to aiming. With the same powerful acceleration in all six directions that will give you the most intuitive response to your steering control. A setting of 25 for Pitch and Yaw will give you good turning and the ability to aim mounted weapons. For precision aiming use 17ish and if you are not using mounted weapons and want to be able to swing your Minigun Turret Batteries around on target fast then set them in the 40 to 50 range, like the way I keep my Reaper Recon Elite HV configured.

But you can also use the speed of this SV to hide in valleys and gorges and use the pop up tactic. It’s FAST. The Vermillion Reforged Garbage forced fly by like a jet approach is STUPID in a space game. It’s pathetic to see certain circle jerker streamers cultishly obeying the crap vision of Vermillion and opting to fly a 6 directional space craft like a 1 directional jet and attacking POIs the stupid, tedious, hard way instead of attacking straight down from above while hovering, in a cheesy attempt to promote the Reforged Garbage Total Overhaul of a BUGGED OUT Alpha Game just to keep their revenue going. Once you get proficient from practice destroying POI Turrets with your front 32 Minigun Turrets and the 8 Mounted Homing Rocket Launchers, start using them effectively at the SAME TIME to become a truly dangerous and deadly Reaper Destroyer of POIs.

This Reaper Destroyer Has Heavy 360 Degree Minigun Turret Coverage of At Least 20 in Any Direction

Annihilating ground Zirax with all the Minigun Turrets is endless fun in this thing. But you have to get your view on them quick or you will miss the kills. They literally drop like flies on all 4 sides. When you are pointing your 32 front Minigun Turrets down at a 45 degree angle at ground Zirax, the side and rear mounted Minigun Turrets are annihilating any ground Zirax or Drones that may be behind you, and your 4 port and 4 starboard top Minigun Turrets are covering your flanks. In addition, 16 of the front 32 Minigun Turrets can shoot sideways and almost straight back, so you literally have STRONG coverage of all sides with this Reaper Destroyer. And the other 16 front Minigun Turrets can shoot down and back and up and back, so the top and bottom is heavily protected as well.

You can choose to not use any tactics at all and just monitor your shield, backing out to safety when needed for it to recharge. And just clumsily fly around where the enemy is like a dolt, you know, the way Vermillion trained all the circle jerker streamers to fly SVs against POIs, and this Reaper Destroyer will annihilate them all just the same, only not as fast as it would if you used the flying tactics I described earlier. As long as you don't let your Shield go down, the 52 Minigun Turrets will annihilate the POI Turrets, even if they are all being targeted at once, as well as the Shields in 30 to 60 seconds.

The Sovereign-Class Reaper Can Fit 3 Reaper Destroyers Comfortably Inside Its Hangar Bay

This Reaper Destroyer had to have the shape that it has in order to fit in my Sovereign Class Reaper Hangar Bay. While it doesn’t look like the Reaper Destroyers in Mass Effect, it performs like one in the world of Empyrion. It’s the deadliest and most dangerous SV I've ever seen. No Reforged Garbage SV could compete by default. Way too slow and weak, nerfed to hell by CPU and Vermillion, which is even worse. As it is, My Sovereign Class Reaper can easily carry 3 of these Reaper Destroyers. As PCs get more powerful, this will soon become viable in multiplayer for everyone. I also built a small Drop Base that was designed to accompany this Reaper Destroyer when it is being used as your main Space Vessel.

Who says SVs don't have a role anymore? It would be interesting to see two of these fighting each other.

This Reaper Destroyer SV Kills Tovera-Class Dreadnought CVs

Yes, it's true. I was somewhat surprised. I have used this SV to destroy all the Pirate CVs over and over again for the Free Colonists Reputation mission until earning full Honored Reputation with the Free Colonists and Trader Guild Factions. The Pirate CVs can be defeated with the Vanilla Shield, but your horizons are much broader with the Project Eden Augmented Shield, or you could just give your Vanilla Shield 12,000 Hit Points and the same Recharge rate that the Project Eden Augmented Shield has, as I explain at the bottom of my Sovereign Class Reaper post.

I have used this Reaper Destroyer SV to destroy Zirax Missile Destroyers, Periat Class Frigates, Sunat Class Cruisers, Legacy Infectors, and Kamirat Battle Carriers with Zero Damage taken.
The speed and firepower more than compensate for the 300 meter range handicap. My Sovereign Class Reaper Pilot Guide explains how to fly it against large powerful CVs.

I finally went hunting for a Tovera Class Dreadnought to destroy with this SV. I found it to be much easier to evade the Tovera's all-turret-type volleys at a 600 meter range than I expected. This is because of the 6 directional SPEED of this Reaper Destroyer SV, and with Boost you can hit 160 meters per second in any direction instantly. You will need a 12,000 hit point shield like the Project Eden Augmented Shield to defeat the Tovera in 2 hours when you are only targeting Turrets. If you try it with the 4,000 Hit Point Vanilla Shield and only target Turrets it will be doable but it will take around 4 hours because you will have to back out to recharge your shields 3 times as often. It will take much longer to whittle the Tovera's Turrets down to a minimal threat. If you target Thrusters with the Minigun Turrets the Tovera will be disabled faster, but it takes a lot of firepower to destroy Large Thrusters. That should cut your battle time with a 12,000 Hit Point Augmented Shield down to around 1 hour.

The fastest way to destroy a Tovera is to target the Generators with your Turrets. The problem is that you still need to take out the Tovera's Turrets or else your strikes on the Generator Armor will be brief. Dividing 52 15 mm Minigun Turrets between Tovera Generators and Turrets isn't the same as dividing 56 CV Rocket Turrets between the same on my Sovereign Class Reaper. An SV with Miniguns has much less firepower to divide between tasks. You will have to experiment, but targeting a Tovera's Generators with a 12,000 Hit Point Augmented Shield should reduce the battle time to one half hour. While only targeting the Tovera's Turrets I only took damage once and it was light block damage with no device losses.

Approach the Tovera from the rear and focus on the upper y plane side or the lower y plane side until you have destroyed all the Tovera turrets on one plane, and then do the same to the other, dipping up or down into the turret free plane as needed to recharge your shields, once it is cleared. Press and hold the fire button on your 12 Mounted Lasers until the Tovera Shields are down first. Repeat that as needed throughout the battle. Develop the skill of hitting Tovera turrets with your 8 Rocket Launchers while x y z axis strafing at a 600 meter to 300 meter range. Back out of Tovera turret range to recharge your shield when it drops to 1/4 strength, until you can just hide in the already de-fanged y plane of the Tovera.

Once all the Tovera turrets are destroyed, set your 3 Minigun Turret Batteries to target Thrusters. They will target the decoys at the ends of both arms and in the nose and tail of the Tovera when you are near them, so blow them all up with your 8 Mounted Rocket Launchers in order to get full Minigun support of your efforts to destroy the Large Thrusters that are near the Decoys with your Rockets. Take out all the Rear Pointed Thrusters first, and you won't need to take out too many more to get the Tovera to stop moving. Sometimes you have to reload your save to get AI ships to stop moving once you have taken out all the back thrust. You know how shoestring and bubble gum Eleon's "coding style" is.

You will be pleased to learn, as I was, that when you don't pulverize 60+% of the Tovera with your Sovereign Class Reaper and its 56 CV Rocket Turret Volleys, there are an astounding number of Ultra Rare Loot Containers inside those Tovera hunks of overweight junk. There have to be at least 20. Worth the two plus hours of intense space battle that is required to destroy a Tovera with this Reaper Destroyer SV. Not to mention the 5 plus smaller CVs which you will inevitably have to at least de-fang before you can loot the Tovera, or even destroy it if they attack you before you finish off the Tovera that you hopefully lured away before engaging.

The reason this Reaper Destroyer SV can defeat a Tovera is because this SV has maximum acceleration in all 6 directions in combination with a powerful Minigun Turret Battery arsenal. You could do it all with just the Miniguns. The Mounted Lasers and Rocket Launchers just speed it up a bit. Get your strafing skills up to snuff and you will be schooling Toveras in this SV like a Jedi Master. All the Trophy Kill Images are at the end of the Photo Gallery of this post. Now just imagine 3 of these Reaper Destroyer SVs providing support to my Sovereign Class Reaper in Multi Player PVP. This SV's combat limitations are the Ultra++ AI enemies such as the Corrupted Tovera and the Azure Vyrishni. I tried, but they have WAY too much firepower AND speed for a SV Shield. The Xen'uan Carrier on the other hand is just too damn slow and should be MUCH easier to take down with this Reaper Destroyer SV than a Tovera, just like it is with my big Reaper CV.

The Corrupted Tovera was a real nail biter with my Sovereign Class Reaper and it took over 3 hours even though I was targeting Generators. It has a lot of extra Thrusters and Firepower. Extremely Dangerous and Deadly. I have yet to battle an Azure Vyrishni in my big Reaper CV, but I have probed it in depth with this Reaper Destroyer SV. It's too dangerous to get closer than 1,000 meters with a 12,000 Hit Point Augmented SV Shield. The Azure Vyrishni is FAAAAST and loaded with MASSIVE FIREPOWER. It has the large Green Balls with 2,000+ meter range and everything. The Azure Vyrishni is likely much more Dangerous and Deadly than the Corrupted Tovera. I look forward to taking it on with my Sovereign Class Reaper very soon.

(I fought the
Azure Vyrishni with my Sovereign Class Reaper and it was not as tough as it looked, being not much more difficult to evade fire from than a regular Level 10 Tovera. I neutralized it in less than a half hour. So the Corrupted Tovera is definitely much more deadly and dangerous, by at least a factor of 4, and it is the toughest AI CV that you can fight in the game. Because of the fact that I could not even risk getting within 600 meters of the Azure Vyrishni for a probe in this Reaper Destroyer SV, it would be very unwise to attempt to probe a Corrputed Tovera in it. That would likely result in the instant complete and utter pulverization of this SV, whether you are using the 12,000 hit point Augmented Shield From Project Eden or not.)

If you are playing Project Eden and planning to install the 12,000 Hit Point Augmented Shield or Antimatter Warp Drive, make sure you change the other attributes like the Energy In, Recharge Rate, and Cooldown values back to the vanilla or appropriate values the way I explain at the bottom of my Sovereign Class Reaper post. That way you won't have your performance ruined by the circle jerking, delusional scenario creators. Those values that are the same as they are in the Vanilla Shield should be left as is. You definitely have to change the Energy In back to the Vanilla Values. Two exceptions to the need to change values back to the Vanilla Shield values are the Recharge Rate and the Cooldown. Ravien's 12,000 Hit Point SV Augmented Shield needs to have the "ShieldRecharge: 300," value changed to  "ShieldRecharge: 1500," (not the Vanilla Shield's 500) which will give you a full 12,000 Hit Point Recharge in a much more practical and STANDARD 8 seconds. You also want to change "ShieldCooldown: 10," to "ShieldCooldown: 5," (not the Vanilla Shield's 25) which will give you a much more practical and STANDARD Cooldown Rate. Ravien has followed the dark path of Vermillion and begun putting ridiculous costs on everything, so expect him to start further hosing up the 12,000 Hit Point SV Augmented Shield as well, all the while referring to the stupid changes as "balancing."

Vermillion took his cues from the terrible choices made by Eleon, and now Ravien has followed suit. They added all these custom devices with costs that are so astronomical that they cannot be auto repaired. ???? And the costs are clearly just a lame replay of the one trick pony gimmick to get you to waste time grinding for hundreds of hours in order to do anything unless you just use the Item Menu. The Custom Item's costs are so high that they aren't even worth pursuing. By the time you are able to build an Augmented Shield you have had to work so hard and grind so much that there isn't anything left to do in the game. You need the Augmented Shield and Antimatter Warp Drive in the BEGINNING of the game. Sheesh. This is why I never build these Custom Devices. I just use the Item Menu for the ones that are useful. But the Item Menu won't make Ravien's Custom Weapons Auto Repairable. That is why I never use any of their custom weapons. I have better things to do than manually replacing a couple of turrets every time I take some damage (actually I rarely do, and it's always minor, but it's also the principle of the thing).

This is why I design ships that only use vanilla weapons and are deadlier than any Reforged Garbage junk. You can easily keep the 52 Minigun Turrets supplied with 15mm rounds in the field with a couple logs and some steel plate from POIs that you can collapse by exceeding their Structural Integrity. You have to ask yourself what are these guys on? But it’s worth it to correct the attributes of the Augmented Shield and Antimatter Warp Drive and use them just because they have their own unique ID. It’s more immersive than just changing the Hit Points and Jump Ranges on the vanilla versions, and it would be even more so if they didn't have such ridiculous costs that you have to just laugh at the idea of actually building them in a Constructor and just use the Item Menu.
