The point of this base is to have a state of the art base in a picturesque location with water directly outside the front door. This base is for Empyrion Vanilla/Project Eden 1.5.

Place this base in Creative Mode so that the crops in the farm doesn't die upon spawn and fuel the base immediately. This base can be placed on any mild grade coastline. I recommend using a coastline that goes from Beach to Savannah or Grassland or Polar Grassland. The point of this base is to have a state of the art base in a picturesque location with water directly outside the front door.

To place it correctly, make sure the beach surface intersects the grade/step blocks right in front of the ground level front door at the bottom of the mini elevator shaft. The ground surface should intersect the grade of the blocks that are right outside the front door. If that is done correctly everything else will line up.

Next you will need to go down the main elevator shaft, which runs from the tower roof to the bottom room, and drill down to the bottom of the shaft, as well as drilling out the two underground levels, which are the factory room and the bottom engineering room. The engineering room has some crew blocks which can be destroyed by drilling. Make a note of them in God Mode before you drill in case you need to replace them yourself. Activating the shield seems to keep them safe from Drill damage.

If the terrain rises above some of the huge landing pad surface, you can leave it for atmosphere (makes the base look 50 thousand years ancient) or drill it down to said landing pad surface. Depending on the sun's position in the sky relative to your base location, you may need to rotate the 15 Solar Panels in order to maximize your solar power harvesting rate. Use the Selector Tool in Creative mode to do this quickly. The base is currently set for facing East just above the equator with a Northern Hemisphere Sun path. That's it.

The landing pad surface level room is the farm, and above that you have the medical/crew quarters level and on the top you have the Captain's quarters. The landing pad is set up to house 8 large CVs and 24 SV/HVs or one or two very large CVs, such as Sovereign. Sovereign should be landed diagonally as shown in the screenshot with the oppropriate front leg on top of the Repair Bay in order to keep Sovereign's Repair Field clear of obstacles.

This base handles the new base attacks with no problems. They won't ever get near enough to hack your core. To defend against PVP attacks with all CV turrets enabled (as it should be) place 25 T2 Shield mini Base Towers with 4 vertically mounted Rocket Turrets a piece for a total of 100 in a way that puts an intruding CV in range of at least 50 Rocket Turrets with 13 Shields from any direction.

I recommend stocking the two Wolf's Lair Base Ammo Containers with Ammo stacks as follows:
