Not understanding what the optional file is for. Plus it says this: "BUGS >> All regions you start with will be hidden in the fog-of-war, to locate all your faction units/characters, go to the Lists tab."
... but in the description it says "All factions playable without fog of war bug".
Just wanna say this is fantastic for someone who wants a better Empire experience without a crazy change to the game.
I have to ask, also. Is the ai changed at all? Because I swear it seems more competent now.. I restarted the road to independence campaign and the first fort battle (which I’ve done a thousand times at this point) definitely seemed different.
usually the ai stands around a lot more, but they actually fell back this time instead of letting me group my units. Could have just been a coincidence, but it definitely seems changed in a good way.
