Flight Assist Hold Inversion

I started playing some Elite again recently, and my nerdy ass thought "wouldn't it be cool to try and do everything with flight assist off and just use it as a hold-to-stabilise button". Turns out, the base game won't let you configure it that way! So I went and made a little hotkey script that lets you do that.
