A modular platform for some of my mod ideas.


New Mods


1. Arena
- An actual ELEX 2 Arena of the size of a proper DLC. I still can't believe there was a way how to create this when the quest path failed. Heh.

2. Buff Companions
- Allows to modulary increase/decrease Attack Power of companions and set their Invincibility/Immortality.

3. Buff Jax
- A scripted version of all stat enhancing items that are sold by Death. Same pricing.

4. Upgradeable Weapons & Armor
- Adds upgradeable weapons into the game. 20 levels of upgrades for a total of 104500 shards, less for off hands.
- Jax's Armor.
- Dagger: Main hand, off hand, throwing.
- Sword: Main hand, off hand, two-handed.
- Axe, Mace, Scythe: Two-handed.

5. Game Master
- Since Genome requires merging mods into one file, I need a platform where I can work undisturbed by the need to merge everything over and over again. I've always had Game Master in mind, and that feature was being replaced by Death until I proposed a solution for this. Game Master is simply a gateway and a tool to merge all mod ideas into that one .pak file.


Integrated Mods
- These mods have been added for various reasons.
a) They improve Game Master's gameplay.
b) They are not yet present in E2 Enhanced due to balancing reasons and I've found a solution to that.
c) Merging E2 Enhanced with them present here will save my time.
d) I need the effects.hdr.


1. Armor Showcase
- See all ingame armors in one place and take any for a spin.
- Changes: Enable/Disable mod. Teleporter. Entry fee for balancing reasons. Added Elexetor Armor Templates.

2. Brave Party Members
- Increases perception, view distance and FOV of party members. They will now actually help you in fight and will engage enemies sooner.
- Changes: None.

3. Buffed Companions
- Your companions have been buffed with attack power and invincibility.
- Changes: Rewritten into Buff Companions.

4. Teleporters Enhanced
- Adds 42 new quality of life Teleporters to the game world. Also adds a new Adventurer's Amulet to the player's inventory that shows the location of all Teleporters when equipped.
- Changes: Mountain teleporter has been adjusted for the needs of the Arena.

5. Teleporters Unlocked ft. Dr. Strange
- Meet Dr. Strange at West Carakis World Heart and travel through space and time to unlock all 89 Teleporters in the game world.
- Changes: None.

Mod Merging Guide
- The guide is back! Genome requires you to merge all your mods into one .pak file.
- Otherwise, individual mods will overwrite themselves by the file types they contain (with some exceptions).
- When querying for overwritten files, prioritize those with a more recent date. Some files (.hdr and sometimes others) need to be merged internally.
- E2's DX12 won't load modded Textures, Meshes, while DX11 will.
1) Download elexresman/elex2resman.
2) Drag each mod .pak file onto elexresman/elex2resman to unpack it. Press * to unpack all files.
3) Merge all unpacked folders. Drag the merged folder onto elexresman/elex2resman to pack it. Press 1.
4) Place the merged .pak in the /data/packed folder. E2 has DX11 and DX12 /packed folders.
