Re-added eye adaptation back to the grotto as it was way too dark without it and it is unaffected by bright nights anyways. Also re-added clouds, as they no longer cause too much brightness with adaptation removed.

Initial
This mod removes autoexposure, which exacerbates the issue of bright nights.
NOTE: If you load a save during a bright night you will need to rest until the following night to see a difference. This mod is still considered in testing. I have been unable to find a common cause for the night suddenly brightening, but multiple testers would speed up the process of determining what it is significantly. Please report with where you were, the approximate time, and anything you were doing at the time to narrow down the cause.
Note 2: Removing eye adaptation makes interiors significantly darker. Turn on your flashlight!
Note 3: Nights will still randomly get bright. I don't believe this is fixable without the source code. However, they aren't blinding with this fix.
