Features:

  • Disables level scaling for all enemies and NPCs
  • Jax companions (Bully, Nyra, Caja, Falk, Nasty, Fox, C.R.O.N.Y.) are not affected so they keep being useful

Some enemies in Elex 2 are becoming sponges in late game, because their HP
scales with Jax level. Game is essentially punishing those players for
playing too long, because Jax character progression quickly reaches
point of diminishing returns, and yet enemies keep increasing their hp.

It may not work on enemies and NPCs that are already spawned in game,
because their existence is probably already saved in save file, but
should work on every unseen enemy. Keep in mind not every changed NPC is
enemy, some of them may be part of escort missions.

Can make game easier or harder, depending on players level. The hardest enemy in
game now always have 70 level, instead of level scaled down/up to Jax
level, so it will be harder do beat with this mod, but most of the
quest-related enemies are expected to have lower hp for people who do
not rushed the game.
    
Should impact ~650 enemies/NPCs.
