Changed core mod functionality: now Moonglasses can be found in forge in Bastion, and they can be used to activate all sunglasses buffs

Added optional features:
* doubles range of sunglasses effects
* cut opacity of sunglasses effects in half - to increase immersion and decrease their negative effect on highlighted things
