Increased energy pool for new game and brighter magnesium flare.

Hi,
This is a personal touch for better stats aiming a magic play and improved brightness for flares.
Changes:
At new game the hero starts with 150 HP and 500 energy pool which will be used later for magic classes (berserker and/or cleric). As confirmation of successful install at new game you will notice Strength 11 and Toughness 9 wile 150 Hp and 500 class energy are there. This stats apply only for starting new game.
Flare is brighter and wider area to match the real thing.
Installation: extract m_2_PC_Hero.pak to your game location\data\packed\
Usage: If you are interested in only one part of the mod it's simple. Start new game with the mod on if you care only for stats or add the mod after new start is you want only the flare.
Uninstall: delete m_2_PC_Hero.pak file from your game location\data\packed\
Feel free to use elex resource manager to edit the mod as you like or combine it with other mods
