Piranha Bytes for the game. Baltram for the resource manager.Darth Nihilus if that mod did not require these rings as ingredients I would have never looked into them.

Through 2 extensive playthroughs of the game I was not able to find two rings anywhere be it in the game world, container or for sale, the rings in question are the Ring of Endurance and the Ring of Control.
On the second playthrough I used a few mods and one of them had these two rings as ingredients so i first started to look into moding Elex to mine the game files for locations in the best case scenario or at the very least some info on these rings, to date I can only look at items placed directly in the game world or in chests and I have yet to find a way to view/edit npc inventories or quest rewards so there is a chance the rings can be acquired ingame without this mod but seeing how several years after release no one seems to have any info on them it is a small one.
Because this was done in 15 minutes and I was extra lazy I placed the rings in the same sector as the tutorial I read to learn how to do this (this may be a spoiler for location depending oh how many such tutorials there are). I replaced two junk items with the rings so other than being able to get these for free there should be no game imbalance due to this mod.
If I ever find out how to add items to a vendor or even less likely how to make/edit a quest I'll try and make these feel less like a cheat.
