1. Installation
Unpack file from the archive to data\pack\ folder inside your Elex install folder. Steam path example: D:\Steam\SteamApps\common\ELEX\data\packed\m_2_weather.pak
2. Uninstallation
Remove file m_2_weather.pak from data\pack\ folder inside your Elex installation folder.
