And on PC this time..
Hmm.. Anyone know how's ping if I play with a prepaid internet connection with a 3G or 4G router attached to my computer with an USB 2.0?

Just a tip to new users, make sure to edit the "dxgi.ini" and edit the parameters as by default it will come with paths and preset sentries from the Author which you do not have.
Be sure to enter full path to the texture and shader folders!
