About this mod

Personal ReShade preset I slapped together for ESO. Designed to enhance the base game visuals for screenarchery and gameplay.

[Installation Instructions]

  • Download and install ReShade if you haven't already.
Select eso64.exe when asked for the game or application in setup. The file path depends on where you installed ESO, or if you installed through Steam or not. Typically you can find it in [the directory you installed steam to]\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client for Steam, or [the directory you installed ESO to]\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client

Choose DirectX10/11/12 for the rendering API.

Skip preset selection. You can also skip additional effect shaders if you don't want to tinker with this preset.
  • Download this archive and extract the contents to the client folder. Overwrite if asked.
The included ReShade.ini sets this preset as the default loaded one. It also maps the effect toggle key to numpad 0.
  • Profit?

[Questions or Something]

  • Performance?
I dunno how heavy it is compared to other presets. It was tweaked with both gameplay and screenarchery in mind. If you find it too much for actual gameplay, but still wish to use the preset for pictures, I've mapped the numpad 0 key to toggle the effects on and off.
  • I have a problem!
Sorry about that! Let me know and I'll try to figure out wtf the problem is.
  • (anything related to actual gameplay stuff)
I don't know I just started playing ESO again like yesterday after a several years long break. I got no clue what's going on lately
