This is a ReShade preset that tries to mimic The Outer Worlds' graphics, that I think suits fantasy settings very well. No FPS hit at all!
It's my first "mod" ever, and I don't even know what I'm doing, just played with sliders in ReShade and here it is.
If somebody knows how to proper set a DOF shader to this, please feel free to edit this mod file and repost.
You will need the amazing DayBreak for ESO mod by Doodlezoid to achieve the same look. Gamma should be set lower than vanila.
