This reshade preset is meant to make ESO look similar to The Witcher 3's Toussaint and Beauclair zone. with a more yellow tint and a bright Aqua colored sky.
I've always liked the colors used in that zone, and I wanted to bring some of that magical place feeling to ESO.
Installation:
Install the latest reshade version from Reshade webpage. Then download Toussaint's ESO preset .ini file and put it in your reshade presets directory.
then just launch the game.
