What this does

This is my take on a ReShade based graphical enhancement of ESO.

I tried many ReShade and SweetFX Presets over the life-span of ESO, but found often people
overdoing it with the sharpness and color filters.

So I thought I try to do it myself and here is the result.
I tried to stay as close as possible to the original graphical experience, while still making a visible improvement.

  • I removed the washed-out tint as best as I could.
  • Added some slight sharpening
  • Changed the balance of the black/white levels
  • Added some slight vibrancy and color grading

I hope you like what you see and enjoy it as much as I do.

Feel free to post ScreenShots!

Installation

Download ReShade 3.40 or newer HERE

Install ReShade for The Elder Scrolls Online. (Direct3D 10+)
You can choose all Shaders or just the ones this Preset uses - your choice. (I have all installed)
(This Rehade uses: Clarity, LumaSharpen, HDR, LiftGammaGain, Technicolor2, MultiLUT, Curves, DPX, AmbientLight, BloomAndLensFlares)

Drag n' Drop the ESO Enhanced.ini file inside the ZIP from this mod into your ESO client folder.
(...\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client)

Start The Elder Scrolls Online and choose the ESO Enhanced.ini file from the drop down menu (SHIFT+F2 to open the ReShade Menu).

Adjust the Ingame Brightness so that the middle Logo is barely visible.

Enjoy!

Notes
Image to sharp? Disable Clarity and/or LumaSharpen.
To much color? Disable Technicolor2 and/or MultiLUT.

ESO Enhanced is by default in Performance Mode!
While you can still disable and enable shaders while in Performance Mode, deeper changes require you to switch into Configuration Mode,
which can be done via the Settings Tab in the ReShade Menu (Shift + F2)
(As of 4.0 the performance mode can be enabled/disabled at the bottom of the Home Tab)

Speaking of Keybinds.
Pressing SCROLL LOCK will disable/enable the whole ReShade Preset.
