Adds arrow tracking on locked targets. Also, changed ability to store more arrows and purchase more arrows at a lower cost per arrow.

Versions:
Version 2.0 contains a fix to Rain of Arrows. This version also is a merge with Better Bows and Arrows. And you now have the ability to apply any bow ash of war on any bow, named or not. In one of the video's I uploaded I'm using Rain of Arrows on the Serpent Bow. One more change, the Arrows Sting talisman contains the Arrows Reach talisman's benefit.
Version 2.5 fixes 1st person targeting. Also increases velocity on arrows by 3x. That is if the original velocity was 40, it would now be at 120.
Version 3.0 fixes Rain of Arrows so that the arrow you select is the arrow that is used on the rain of arrows ash of war.
