Allows the player to retain the Contagious Fury buff without keeping the shield active, akin to how it was before the Patch 1.09.1.
The player can two hand their other weapon, or unequip the shield entirely and still retain the Contagious Fury buff. Exists as a Unique Buff, meaning it stacks with every other buff in the game.
CSV and TAE available for merging.
