currently working for game version 1.16
Obviously this was inspired by all the other mods that removed the need for smithing stones but I couldnt find an updated one.
Please note that in order to fully upgrade your weapon you need to visit a specific smith in the game. (you cant upgrade to +25 at a smithing table)
Use some sort of anti cheat disabler, as using this mod will get you banned online.
This mod will conflict with any other mod that modifies regulation.bin.
Install guide:
1.Back Up your old regulation.bin from your Game folder.
2. Extract the regulation mod from the Zip file.
3. Place it in your elden ring game folder. for example: (D:\Steam\steamapps\common\ELDEN RING\Game)
4. make sure to replace the file.
5.Enjoy!
