HOW TO INSTALL:
Using modengine, simply drop the regulation.bin in your mod folder and launch the game using "launchmod_eldenring.bat".
THIS MOD REQUIRES THE DLC TO USE!!!
Starscourage Heirloom - 5 Strength changes to > 10 Strength, 1.010% HP buff, 1.020% Stamina Buff, 1.020% Equip Load Buff, 10% more damage with Physical attacks, 1.200% extra poise damage (20%), and 10% more defence to physical attacks and another 10% to Strike attacks.
Prothesis-Wearer Heirloom - 5 Dex changes to > 10 Dex, 1.005% HP buff, 1.015% Stamina buff, 7% more damage with physical attacks with another 10% damage for slash attacks
Stargazer Heirloom - 5 Int changes to > 10 Int, 1.015% HP buff, 1.020% FP buff, 1.005% Stamina buff, 1.15% Magic attack buff, an extra 10% resistance to magic attacks, an extra 10 cast speed, and 20% less fp consumption for all spells.
Two Fingers Heirloom - 5 Faith changes to > 10 Faith, 1.020% HP buff, 1.015% FP buff, 1.010% Stamina Buff, 5% resistance to Fire, Lightning, and Holy damage, Extra 7% damage buff for Fire, Lightning, and Holy damage, 20% less FP consumption for all Incantations and Pyromancies, double the resistance for Poison, Scarlet Rot, Death Blight, and Madness build-up, and a 10% buff to rune gain.
Outer God Heirloom - 5 Arcane changes to > 10 Arcane, 1.010% HP buff, 1.015% FP buff, 1.015% Stamina buff, triple resistance to bleed build-up, 5% more damage with fire and pierce/thrust attacks, 5% more damage resistance to Fire and thrust/pierce attacks
