Removes the metal ornament on top of the oathseeker knight helmet to give it a more "classic" close helm look

The oathseeker knight set is yet another Elden Ring triumph in designing a beautiful fantasy armor set and then adding one silly looking detail that completely sours it, akin to the Carian Knight helmet's signature pepper shaker.
So, I removed it.
To install, simply place the file in your modengine 2's parts folder. If you want to replace a different helmet, just look up the ID of the helmet you want to replace here: (https://www.nexusmods.com/eldenring/articles/158) and rename the file accordingly.
If you want the modified appearance to show up on anybody other than the player (phantoms, NPCs), simply make a copy of the file and rename it "hd_m_2730_l.partsbnd.dcx" and place it into your modengine 2 parts folder as well.
So, I removed it.
