True 100% save, all questlines done. Every single item looted! Goblins rejoice! DLC untouched.

Every item on the map looted in a normal playthrough. Used Map for Goblins mod to hunt everything down.

All endings are available but you will need to use Miquella's Needle in Placidusax's arena to reverse the Lord of Frenzy ending.
Haven't used any Ancient Stones, Sombers or Great Grave/Ghost Gloveworts.
25 Larval tears remaining, I used one for a gesture unlock and one to respec for Coryhn's quest I believe.
All merchants have been slain for their bell bearings. All spells & incants unlocked.
Miriel, Pastor of Vows has been left alive to hand in potential future scrolls & prayerbooks.
If I missed anything let me know, but I believe this is a true 100% save pre-DLC for all you greedy goblins who need every item.
Summoning pools are completely untouched, I either play offline or use seamless coop so I've literally never bothered with them. Sorry!
DISCLAIMER; I used the Glorious Merchant mod to buy stuff listed below since I didn't want to farm or do NG+. If that bothers you please don't use the save!
Character is a DEX/INT split build, level 150 Prisoner. If you desire you can change the starting class with the CE table on Nexus, make sure you follow the instructions so you don't get yourself banned though. - Talismans requiring NG+ like Warrior Jar Shard and Millicent's Prothesis.
- Nepheli & Dung Eater puppet ashes.
- Base & altered version of each armor and a second copy of every weapon for powerstancing.
- "Lands Between Rune" since it's only available as a keepsake and I picked the Golden Seed.
- Copies of each remembrance so I could unlock every boss reward since there's not enough mausoleums to dupe everything. (I tamed them all but they are unused.)
