ELDEN RING - DISCORD RICH PRESENCE
This tool runs in the background and updates your Discord Rich Presence to display your current or most recent Site of Grace location from Elden Ring. It shows the name of the grace location and includes images of the area.
Note:
This tool will not work when Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC) is active.
How to Use:
The tool will automatically detect Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC) and disable itself, so you don't need to close it when playing in online.

- Extract the contents to your desired installation location.
- Launch the .exe file.
