Changed Params in DSMapStudio:
SpEffectParam --> Row 100620 for Right Hand and Row 100621 for Left Hand. Current FP % its the percentage of FP you use. Current FP + its the same as the percentage one but in a integer value. The more you want to have the lower the number should be.
PlayerCommonParam --> Row 0 Base Memory Slot Count is the number of slots available for the spells. It should not be higher than 12 or it wont work. 12 is the max.
Compatible with any other mod that does not change the same params, you just need to learn how to "merge" regulation.bin files.
