Makes enemy hitbox radius' x2 makes hitting the enemies slightly easier.

A quick n dirty x2 enemy hitbox radius mod.
Makes it so enemies are slightly easier to hit with a weapon.
The hitboxes seemed a little small in vanilla, sometimes my sword would miss even though I could have sworn it hit them.
This is mainly for people that don't like to use the lock-on system all the time & makes it easier to hit enemies without locking on.
Install instructions: Just unzip file (regulation.bin) into the games directory with the eldenring.exe file and overwrite.
Make sure to make a backup of your regulation.bin file before installing.
