Another personal mod i use that i decided to share for anyone that interested :)
Credits belong to shintheweapon (The goat :)) for their nier armors and weapons, yinian for the sheath and PipeSKR Carian Combo Warrior's mod for showcase and inspiration of my nier mods.
Original Weapons ported to Elden Ring by shintheweapon's mod :

I edited the weapons to fit more with CCW Movesets that resembles nier battle moveset imo. It turns out pretty nicely if i say so myself :)
by default The twinblade Replaces eleonora Twinblade and Rivers of Blood
Copied Blade replaces Dragonscale katana
10H Reborn Weapon replaces Lordsworn Greatsword
unfortunately it's not perfect, if anyone knows how to fix it you can share it to me as i am still a modding beginner :)
Known Issues;
-if you do not have any weapon to replaces Rivers of Blood then your rivers of blood will be replaced with the ones from my twinblade
-you can use it for vanilla Elden ring but there will be small issues like your rivers of blood being replaced like above
-Copied Blade Sheath's have some small clipping but barely noticable
-The Glow effects will vary depending on the lighting in some bright place its barely noticable but there is some different color shadings
-(DLC) twinblade weapon will sometimes revert to default eleonora randomly (especially if you switch weapons)
