Installation
Put regulation.bin to Elden Ring -> Game folder 
Recommended to Copy the Original regulation.bin to A Backup folder!

Version 1.2.22BaB (Boots are Boots Edition) (Elden Ring V1.10 Deluxe Edition)
- Same as Version 1.2.22 but some meshes are removed from Aristocrat Boots, Commoner's Shoes, Confessor Boots, Bandit Boots (Boots or little accessories only)
- This Version Requires UXM Selective Unpacker
- Installation: Put regulation.bin & parts folder to Elden Ring -> Game folder 

Version 1.2.22 (Elden Ring V1.10 Deluxe Edition)
- Aristocrat Boots Weight reduce from 2.9 to 1.0, slightly increased damage absorptions and resistances (Same as Boots are Boots Edition)
- Commoner's Shoes Weight reduced from 2.0 to 0.5, slightly increased damage absorptions and resistances (Same as Boots are Boots Edition)
- Confessor Boots Weight reduced from 4.8 to 2.7, slightly increased damage absorptions and resistances (Same as Boots are Boots Edition)
- Bandit Boots Weight reduced from 4.4 to 2.5, slightly increased damage absorptions and resistances (Same as Boots are Boots Edition)
- Fire and Flame Art Armament upgrades have ~5% more damage at and after +6, then ~7.5% more damage at and after +10, then ~8.5% at and after +20, then +10% at the final upgrade
- Fire and Flame Art affinities give more Faith correction and ~10% more Fire Damage (+5%, +7,5%, +8,5%, +10% like other damages)
- Lightning affinity gives more Dexterity and Arcane correction and ~10% more Lightning Damage (+5%, +7,5%, +8,5%, +10% like other damages)
- Sacred affinity gives more Faith and Arcane correction and ~5% more Lightning and Holy Damage (+5%, +7,5%, +8,5%, +10% like other damages)
- Magic Affinity gives more Intellect correction and ~10% more Magic Damage (+5%, +7,5%, +8,5%, +10% like other damages)
- Cold Affinity gives Frostbite Guard Absorption, more Poise Damage and ~10% more Stamina Damage
- Poison Affinity gives Poison Guard Absorption and more Dexterity correction
- Blood Affinity gives Hemorrhage (Blood Loss) Guard Absorption and more Dexterity correction
- Occult Affinity gives Death Blight Guard Absorption and much more Arcane Correction but no changes on other corrections and base damages
- Special Armament Upgrades give more damages (+5% at +1,+2 | +7,5% at +3,+4 | +8,5% at +5,+6 | +10% at +7,+8 | +12,5% at +9 | +13,8% at +10)

Version 1.2.21 (Elden Ring V1.10 Deluxe Edition)
- Commoner's Headband (Altered) have ~10x Physical, Slash, Strike and Thrust absorption 
and ~5x Magic, Fire, Lightning and Holy absorption (suitable for Cat Ears mod)
- Green Turtle Talisman no stamina regen but 25% less stamina consumption (Less OP)

Version 1.2.2 (Elden Ring V1.10 Deluxe Edition)
-Gloves/Gauntlets have double Sleep/Madness resistance (missed in v1.2.0/1.2.1)
-Helms with double resists and triple damage absorptions

Version 1.2.1 (Elden Ring V1.10 Deluxe Edition)
- Enemies have 5% less HP, Stamina and 5% Less Defense against Magic, Fire, Lightning and Holy
- Enemies deal 10% less damage to Player
- NG +1/ NG+2 and NG+3 are Easier, you gain a little bit more Rune at NG+2 and NG+3. At and after NG+4 you gain more Rune but the difficulties are original

- 25% or Less Damage Taken with any Talisman Equipped (except trigger Talismans)
- Crimson Amber Medallions: 35% Less Damage Taken and raise max HP by 15/20/25% (Originals are 6/7/8%)
- Cerulean Amber Medallions: 35% Less Damage Taken and raise max FP by 18/24/30% (Originals are 7/9/11%)
- Viridian Amber Medallions: 35% Less Damage Taken and raise max Stamina by 26/32/38% (Originals are 11/13/15%)
- Blessed Dew Talisman: 35% Less Damage Taken and the same HP regen
- Arsenal Charms and Great-Jar's Arsenal: 35% Less Damage Taken and raise maximum Equip Load by 25/30%/40% (Originals are 15/17%/19%)
- Erdtree's Favor: 25% Less Damage Taken and increases HP (10%), Stamina (10%), and Equip Load (8%) (Original is 3%,7%,5%)
- Erdtree's Favor +1: 30% Less Damage Taken and increases HP (12%), Stamina (15%), and Equip Load (9.5%) (Original is 3.5%,8.5%,6.5%)
- Erdtree's Favor +2: 35% Less Damage Taken and increases HP (14%), Stamina (20%), and Equip Load (11%) (Original is 4%,10%,8%)
- Radagon's/Marika Scareseal/Soreseal: ~23%/~21.5% Less Damage Taken and raise the same Attributes
- Silver/Gold Scarabs: 30%/32.5% Less Damage Taken
- Moon of Nokstella: 40% Less Damage Taken, 10% more FP, +5 Mind
- Green Turtle Talisman: 35% Less Damage Taken, +1 Stamina/sec and A bit faster Stamina recovery (Original 8/sec to 10/sec)
- Warrior Jar Shard/Shard of Alexander: 30%/32.5% Less Damage Taken and Boosts the attack power of Skills by 30%/50% (Originals are 10%/15%)
- Millicent's Prosthesis: Boosts original dexterity (+5), raises attack power with successive attacks (10%,15%,20%) (Original is 4/6/11%)
- Winged Sword Insignia: 35% Less Damage Taken and raises attack power with successive attacks (8%,12%,18%) (Original is 3/5/10%)
- Rotten Winged Sword Insignia: 30% Less Damage Taken and raises attack power with successive attacks (12%,16%,22%) (Original is 6/8/13%)
- Red-Feathered Branchsword has 50% more attack power and 50% less damage taken, only when HP is low (Original is 20% and no Damage Taken Reduction)
- Blue-Feathered Branchsword Reduces damage taken by 75% and doubles HP, only when HP is low (Original is 50% and no changes on Max HP)
- Ritual Sword Talisman has 50% more attack power and 50% less damage taken, only when HP is at maximum
- Ritual Shield Talisman Reduces damage taken by 90% when HP is at maximum (Original is 30%)
- Spear Talisman increases thrusting weapon counterattack damage by 50% (Original is 15%)
- Blue Dancer Charm: 35% less damage taken and maximum attack power increased to +50% (Original is +15%)
- Arrow's Reach Talisman: 35% less damage taken and has more increased range
- Arrow's Sting Talisman: Doubles attack power of Arrows/Bolts (Original is +10%)
- Heirloom talismans give +10 attributes (Original is +5)
- Horn Charms (+1 versions too): 30% less damage taken and have double defensive stats (depending on their types)
- Mottled Necklace/Mottled Necklace (+1): 35/37.5% less damage taken and 1.5x more defensive stats
- Prince Of Death's Pustule/Cyst: 35%/37.5% less damage taken and 2.5% more Vitality
- Drake Talismans reduce even more damage taken (depending on their types)
- Scorpion Charms: only 17.5% Less Physical Damage Taken and Increase related damages by 30% (depending on their types)
- Dagger, Curved Sword, Twinblade, Axe, Hammer, Lance, Claw and Greatshield talismans are more effective
- Daedicar's Woe has ~55% more damage taken but gives +10 Faith and Reduces Incantations FP cost by 25%
- Shabriri's Woe gives +10 Intelligence and Reduces Sorcery FP cost by 10%
- Sacrifical Twigs: +10% Item Discovery & Rune Gain
- Bull-Goat's Talisman: 40% less damage taken, reduces the same poise damage taken and deals 10% more poise damage
- Heavy and Keen affinities have slight changes on Weapons weight and damage (some heavier weapons have remarkably more damage but require more STR and consume more stamina with Heavy affinity)
- Standard, Keen, Heavy and Quality Armament upgrades have ~5% more damage, then ~7.5% more damage at and after +10, then ~8.5% at and after +20, then +10% at the final upgrade
- Quality Affinity gives more Arcane correction
- and better corrections for other attributes so these percentages could change.
- All Gloves/Gauntlets have double resists and triple damage absorptions
