Just more HP and stamina for all enemies with no extra BS

Permissions and credits
All the other mods increases enemy resistances, enemy damage dealt, arbitrarily scaled bosses differently, rebalanced the talismans, adjusted how much your flasks restore, or something else like that
My mod just consistently increases HP and Stamina of all enemies across the board by fixed values of 1.3x, 1.5x, or 2x
No BS

130% = 1.3x more health
150% = 1.5x more health
200% = 2x more health

Example:
Limgrave Tree Sentinel unmodded HP = 2889
130% = 3756
150% = 4334
200% = 5779
