Changes the Prince of Death's Staff to use the same magic, fire, lightning, and holy CalcCorrectGraph as the Golden Order Seal, allowing for better early scaling returns on INT/FAI investment.
At 45/45 INT/FAI, the sorcery scaling is now 361, versus a vanilla 266 with the same stats.
To install, place the regulation.bin in your ModEngine2 mods folder. A .csv is also included for merging with your own regulation.bin
