Summon Malenia in Scarlet Rot form.
Summon Ancient Dragon Lansseax from Altus Plateau region. When summoned, should be free from navigation and terrain issues.

For game version 1.02 ONLY
1. Replaces Mimic Tear with Malenia.

2. Replaces Mimic Tear with Ancient Dragon Lansseax from Altus Plateau regionwith fire breath and red lightning attacks.

I tested also in Gatefront grace site and the dragon can fly and land at enemies to attack.
NPCParam and BuddyParam already configured using Yapped so there should be no need to edit anything.
Make a backup of your unmodified or working regulation.bin before replacing this one in game folder!
Just rename my "regulation-malenia or dragon" to regulation.bin when pasting to game folder.
