This is a simple mod that makes an edit to the regulation.bin file to make the rune leveling cost scale way less.

25 Million Runes Max Level
WARNING: Disable Anti-cheat Before Using!
What this mod does:
With out this change it costs 1.6 billion runes to hit max level.
With this change it costs 25 million runes to hit max level.
Install: 1: Simply navigate to common/ELDEN RING/Game where the EldenRing.exe File is located.
2: Drop the regulation.bin file into the same folder as the EldenRing.exe and replace if prompted.
3: Done!
I will be uploading several variant versions of this file later and will try to keep this updated per every major game version update.
I may also create other mods in the future like passive regen or higher health/stamina/magic/armor values... ect...
