Replace the Cuckoo Knight Helm and the Godrick Soldier Armor with Malthael's Armor from the Diablo series.

Installation guide:
UXM Method:
1. Unpack and patch the game with UXM
2. Backup the original files (optional)
3. Put dcx files from archive to Game\parts directory, override the original files.
4. Disable EAC and then run the game.
ModEngine2 Method:
1. Install ModEngine2 (https://github.com/soulsmods/ModEngine2/releases)
2. Put all files inside the mod\parts folder.
3. Run the game.
Replace the Cuckoo Knight Helm and the Godrick Soldier Armor with Malthael's Armor, also included the his Shotel that replaces the Eclipse Shotel.
Optional parts included to make the wings glow or remove the wings entirely.
Refer to this link for the full list of armor and weapon model ID, the files in this mod can be renamed to replace your desired armor/weapon, instead of the base replacement.
