Gold Luen [1] will be consumed first, and 10% of your level up runes will be cost for one draw a lottery  if you don't have one.

The packed 00_solo.tpfbdt has 1GB, so only the newly added image's dcx will be provided. Tutorial to unpack your own game to mod it will be updated later.
You can  download 00_solo.tpfbdt here(OneDrive) leave it in {your_mod_path}/menu/hi . 00_solo.tpfbdt is used to display a image. it's ok to run the mod without 00_solo.tpfbdt.

Known issue: 
  • Low probability of not dropping items(check 1.3's detail)
  • the random generator may not random enough

proposal:
  • let enemy drop golden rune 1 randomly
  • make stats "discovery" has effect to the gacha

updates:
  • Prize pool size goes to 16384, and shuffle the csv lines. 
  • The previous no-drop problem is because  THE MASTER SPREADSHEET has some id with no item, this version read data from regulation.bin's EquipParamXXX to get data with item name. But still may drop nothing because some item has repeated ids, and i don't know which is efficacious.
  • Weapon with affinities removed.
  • Enhanced Weapon or ash removed.

regulation.bin
tried to arrange according to genshin‘s, but 1.6% still too low. 
legendary (131*4/16384) ~= 3.2%
rare ((836*5)+80)/16384 ~= 26%
common ((836*7)+538)/16364 ~=38%
default (206*6)/16384 ~= 7.5%
commonly used material (tempFillerGoods & tempFillerWeapons) fill up the rest

regulation_average.bin
rename it to regulation.bin before you use
any item's drop rate should be 0.055% or 0.049%, but some item's id reapted for 2 times (0.098%) or more
