Beautiful female character preset save file. Includes facial structure presets. Third one is best in my opinion. Adjust hair, eyes, cosmetics, etc to your liking.
Slider settings also included below.

Preset installation instructions:
Backup your save files, located by default in C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Roaming\EldenRing\[Folder with 17-digit number]
Then drop the downloaded files into that directory, replacing yours that you backed up.
In character customization you should find the saved presets in your favorites.
Alternatively you can copy the customization sliders below:
Select skin color:
Facial Aesthetic slider looks good between values 205 - 255 imo:
Jaw Width looks best between 50 - 80 imo.
Alternate lips settings example (couldn't decide which to go with so play around in the tab and decide for yourself, as with all other tabs, it's hard to say which looks best):
Now that you're done don't forget to adjust hair, cosmetics, eyes, eyebrows, etc. to your liking. For this preset I use Brow 3 and Eyelashes 4.
