Increases the draw distance of: Small objects, large objects, textures, npc's and high quality motionblur effects.
Minimum Fps impact especially in comparison to other draw distance mods, this is because i did not touch the shadow settings ( they are the ones that destroyed performance for me)

How to install:
Use DSMAPSTUDIO to import both LoadBalancerNewDrawDistScaleParam_win64.csv&PartsDrawParam.csv
How to import (if you are new to this stuff)
1 Open Dark Souls Map Studio
2 Go to Param Editor (top left)
3 search: LoadBalancerNewDrawDistScaleParam_win64&PartsDrawParam and click on it, it should be highlighted in blue
4 click edit (top left) -> Import CSV -> From file -> select the LoadBalancerNewDrawDistScaleParam_win64.csv&PartsDrawParam.csv included in this mod
