Update: fixed the normals so he isn't shiny and adjusted the positioning of Max. The UVs are a bit borked but I'll fix that later.
To install, drag the parts folder and regulation file into your mods folder.
To use, play with the cloth garb and the foot soldier trousers. That's it.
