I have some issues too. I'm trying to get the nightmare difficutly to work but it just says that it's corrupted. I tried it with the original and it worked but after i put the regulation from the nightmare difficutly back in, it didn't work. Help? xD
Try creating the character with the vanilla regulation.bin, then close the game and place the mod regulation.
It may be that the regulation.bin is corrupt so verify the integrity of the files from Steam, load the game and play, then close the game and place the regulation of the mod.

Ha, I can make a harder mod than this. It's giving the enemies 4000% Increased HP, 600% increased ATK and DEF. You can add another 0 to make it even harder still. Who needs game balancing?
Really this mod is just turning bosses into damage sponges. Believe it or not, but you know how you rolled to dodge attacks in vanilla? It turns out you do the exact same thing when they do 60% more damage. Wow, who'd have thought that you press the roll button to i-frame through attacks in a Souls game? All this mod does is make boss fights take ages, since their HP is inflated like a hot air balloon and they have more defense. Just look at Rykard.
Souls games always get these kinds of mods by people who think they're making the game harder by adding more 0s onto enemy stats. Really all they're doing is showing how boring Souls games are when the balancing is bad. You'd be better off playing vanilla and just using a tool to jump you ahead to NG+7 from the start of the game. The talisman changes here are a joke. Don't even bother with NG+ anything with this mod unless you have a marathon of movies to watch on a second monitor.
I am having a problem with us playing Nightmare difficulty with 6 players. I edited the regulation.bin using smithbox with clearcountcorrectparam to reduce bloodloss and frostbite proc and also I reduced the speffectparam blackflame's max % hp damage.
Then when we are going for a boss fight, some of the boss's hp is grayed out (kinda decay idk something like getting hit by a black flame) like 1/4 of its hp and yes I sent my friends the modified regulation after I edited it.
Bro the mod works, but I don't like that the enemies posture breaks from a charged attack, this just makes the game easier. I already tried modifying the scaling from the seamless configuration but it doesn't work, I want the enemies and bosses to have the same posture as in the vanilla game, any solution?
Thanks for your work on this mod. My friends and I (party of 3) are thinking about integrating this into our seamless playthrough coming up, I wanted to ask if this would be safe to either install or uninstall mid-game if we end up changing our mind on it going either way.
Thanks for your reply! We haven't yet gotten around to playing with this mod yet, I'm seeing that it increases rune drop by 1000% and my initial thought is that it seems like that's way too much, even given for how much tougher enemies are. Just curious on your thoughts on this. Thanks again.

Invasions don't work when using this mod? I'm using the "Not so hard".
