   I hope one day to see this awesome mod updated. Played through with it once and it was perfect, never got to finish game before it needed to update.

   make a file to modengine 2 , uxm every time broke my game

      just use modengine 2 and not uxm - the file item.msgbnd.dcx  goes to Gameroot\mod\msg\engus and regulation.bin to rootFolder (backup reg...bin)
      
      regulation.bin into folder mod is also ok - found out - copy/overwrite in gameroot is the better solution - I use modloader (remove vignete and chromatic pause) and had problems if the regulation.bin is in folder mod

   I have mods that use the same parameters. How do I go about merging those parameters. For example, a common one among these mods is AtkParam_Pc, Does CSV Merger take care of that or do I have to do something else?

    I started a whole new playthrough based on this mod to realize its not updated, this mod is perfect please update it <3
