follow these steps for use with seamless coop mod and setup in general

follow these steps if using multiple mods utilizing the regulation.bin
I have not figured out how to change the initial class selection images
so they will all appear as wretch currently. All is well just select whatever class
and you can view full loadouts in the origin dropdown.
*I am open to suggestions lmk if you got any good ideas*

game balances to go with it to help out some of the less
