This is Yuumi, from League of Legends. By default it'll replaces the Club. (You can change what it replaces by changing the files names before installing.)
Edit: Added a "Crossbow Version", so it'll replace the Soldier's Crossbow by default.
Ripped straight from the game by me.
Use ModEngine to install (link: https://github.com/soulsmods/ModEngine2/releases ). Just extract the files and place them in the "parts" folder, inside your mods folder.
