About this mod

This is the updated Regulation.bin for the 1.10 update, you still need the other files from Grand Merchant, this is just an update.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
A few people had a hard time updating the Grand Merchant mod for 1.05 1.06 1.07 1.07.1 1.08 1.08.1 1.09.1, 1,10, so I figured I'd make it easy for them to make it work.
You still need the original mod to make the update work : https://www.nexusmods.com/eldenring/mods/129  (Standard only, but do show support to the original author.)

As far as I know, this only works for the Standard version of the mod, not the Simple.
I made a version of the regulation.bin for the Simple version of the mod, not sure if everything works perfectly as I use the Standard version.

If you need help installing this mod, you can refer to the installation instructions from the original mod page, or from the txt file in the original download of the mod and then simply replace the "regulation.bin" that came with the mod with mine. That should be it, enjoy !

The Standard version allows you to obtain most items in the game from the first Merchant in the game called Kale.

The Simple version allows to craft most items(Not including Spells and Gestures) in the game from the Crafting Kit.

Only download the CSVs if you intend to merge Grand Merchant with another mod. If you don't know what merging a mod means, you probably shouldn't download these files.

Note
The standard version might have outdated values for weapons, armors and spells, etc. I don't know to what extent it changes things, and honestly I don't intend to find out. I don't play this game as much as I intended initially, thus just making the mod functional on current patch is my main objective. If you don't want to deal with that, you could get the Simple version, it shouldn't affect anything as far as I know. Reverting to the vanilla regulation.bin will also revert the values back.
At this point I recommend using the Simple version if you intend to play with it through the game since it only affects the crafting, and the Standard version if you only want certain items before deleting the mod.

FAQ

Q: I killed/injured Kale, what now?
A: If you only injured Kale, use a Celestial Dew at the Church or Vows, use the Wiki if needed.
A: If Kale has been killed, start over, or use the Simple version.
A: No, the husks do not get his "Grand Merchant" inventory.

Q: Will I get banned?
A: No idea. They ban people for whatever they feel like. Some users state that they are fine, but I wouldn't take the chance personally.

Q: The "Get Runes" option is not working, are you going to fix it?
A: No I won't. This feature doesn't work in the original, and you can just spawn 699 of any consumable Runes at any time, I don't see the point in putting time into it.

Q: I can't sell items anymore?
A: Not sure why, and I'm sadly not knowledgeable enough to fix it. You could either not use the option, or Discard the items and give yourself a little bit Runes through the mod.

Q: Mod doesn't work?
A: It's most likely something you did on your end, could be you missed a step, or did not install in the right location. If there are no conflicts, the mod should function flawlessly. Obviously there are edge cases, but I still wouldn't really know what caused it.

Q: Is the mod compatible with Seamless Co-op?
A: Yes it is, I've used this mod with Seamless Co-op for the most part. (Confirmed until 1.10)

If your question is answered here and you ask it in the posts section, I will simply ignore it unless I'm feeling extra nice/mean at that moment. Otherwise, ask away.
