this staff REPLACES the Scepter of all-knowing
as such, i also included a txt file for instructions to change the weapon special to: Thundercloud Form
(also of note, txt file method pretty much applies for all weapon specials ... 'cept maybe the extreme fx ones so you can technically change it for any other special than all-knowing's)
Install instructions:
- UXM, parts folder -> unzip dl file, backup/overwrite weapon file: wp_a_0817,
replace with mine, follow txt instruction for above,
load & enjoy!
