   For some reason I can't see my friend as sephiroth in seamless and I have the mod installed. Any advice?

   I think the model's normals are need to be flipped. Can you do that please? That is why it does that weird black shade thing I think.

   this is really good and great quality! its just doing a little too much for me. if i could make one suggestion it would just be an alternate version that just his body with the wing and not all the floaty stuff around him. just my 2 cents though, great work
