For UXM
Go into the rar -> SoulC -> "parts" & "sfx"
Drag and drop the rar's folders into your parts & sfx folders.
For ModEngine
Extract the folder "SoulC" into your mod folder at the root of mod engine 2's folder and add this line
in config_eldenring.toml
I also included the raw extracted sfxbnd_commoneffects.ffxbnd.dcx mod files for those who want to pack the mod up with another that uses the same .dcx
