Disables warping from the map to already found Sites of Grace. There are two versions.
1) Disable Warping Full: Disables every warp point in the game except the Roundtable Hold and the Church of Elleh.
2) Disable Warping Lite: Disables every warp point in the game except the Roundtable Hold, all churches and cathedrals.

UPDATED for patch 1.03.2
UPDATE 0.9.5: Added Dragon Temple Altar, Prayer Room, Converted Tower, Cathedral of Dragon Communion, Manor Lower Level, & Church of the Plague Sites of Grace to the warpable locations for the "Lite" version only.
Install instructions: Just unzip file (regulation.bin) into the games directory with the eldenring.exe file and overwrite.
Make sure to make a backup of your regulation.bin file before installing.
