this obviously isn't a mod made for you. If you like getting one shot when you have 60 vigor, i'm happy for you. But don't shame other people who don't like that experience
Is it possible to just take the poise changes and nothing else? I don't really like the idea of making a spellcaster playstyle trash with these massive mana costs.
I really like the rebalance of poise damage, enemy scaling, armor and shields. Unfortunately, the massive nerfs to weapon arts and sorcery makes this mod an automatic pass for me. :(
Great mod! Your changes to how much poise damage npc enemies deal is particularly appreciated. However, I’m not a huge fan of your approach to shield balancing. You’ve increased guard boost while leaving physical resistance alone or even nerfing it. While I’d like to have both if I could pick only one I vastly would have preferred higher phys block over stability. I think even most small shields should at least be in the 80’s. Many people won’t even look at a shield if it has less than 100% physical block. I’m willing to settle for less if I really like the look of the shield but I definitely feel like I’m being handicapped to no real benefit.
I also wish that shield weights were rebalanced as they often do not make sense. For instance, why is the wooden round shield .5 heavier than the metal heater shields and with less block and stability to boot?
1. You basically rendered Moonveil unusable. 2. Hoarfrost Stomp is already nerfed to the ground and I don't think it really needs to be nerfed further. 3. Seppuku is single use, not spammed, rather than increasing its FP cost, I would rather suggest to increase its recoil damage to around 40% of maximum HP. 4. You don't have to increase the FP cost of literally each spell. Some spells you nerfed this way already had a bad FP to damage conversion ratio. Spell casters must drink FP flasks very often, which can be annoying. 5. You don't need really to increase the FP cost of Comet Azur. Few use it without drinking the potion to reduce all FP cost to zero in 15 seconds.
