      I'm guessing the dodge mod is the a00.tae file which is inside of c0000.anibnd.dcx

      @HudEx26 (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/12mRSb5e71JbtRg7hY7DXng4cb0q9i7Am?usp=sharing) drop the chr folder into your mod folder. this is default stance swordsmanship merged with bloodborne dash ( default stance swordsman is better cos it has both left and right block animations )

    Thank you for this mod, it's super sick. I think the animation lockout between medium (Bloodborne) quicksteps is a bit too low though and you can spam it really easily. If you can increase the lockout time, it would make this mod more fair and balanced.

      You can just remove the c0000.anibnd.dcx to avoid this.

      I've tried this but sadly it only works on default c0000.anibnd.dcx
      Could you upload an optional fair and balanced dodges tae file so we could merge it with other mods pls

      Sure, I could remove c0000.anibnd.dcx but that makes Sekiro quickstep pretty bad due to the extended animation lockout and makes it even worse to use than the medium Bloodborne quickstep. I agree with what others are saying, it would be great if the Bloodborne quickstep was tweaked without having to remove modified animation lockout. I think when I remove the file, the Bloodborne quickstep feels reasonable. If you only tweak the Sekiro quickstep animation and not the Bloodborne one, I think this mod would be balanced.

      Ok, I managed to merge this with swordsmanship without the spammable dodges. Just don't use either mod's a00.tae file when merging, use the default one. The gameplay feels great now.

      Is Sekiro step really bad? It can be bad only if it takes longer than vanilla light rolls.

    Which TAEs where changed in c0000.anibnd.dcx? I am trying to run this with Elden Ring reforged and I loose the parry when I just replace the file :)

    Hi sorry I have some problem with crouch attacks on straight swords, twinblades, collosal weapons and torches (so far I only encountered with those)
    Crouched light attacks, when wielded both in 1h and 2h, lock up my character in place, but heavy attacks work fine
    I have noticed that those bugged crouched light attacks on straight swords were thrust attacks, meanwhile slashing crouched attacks work on the types of weapons. Maybe it will help

    This mod breaks a few crouched light attacks...   Straight Sword and Dualblade crouched lights have no animation and just lock up the character when used.   Katana still seems fine, somehow.  I haven't tested others.

    Does the Sekiro dodge work the same way that it does in Sekiro, in that it allows you to continue your attack pressure immediately after dodging?

    Or is this just a visual change, where the recoveries from the default Elden Ring rolls are kept intact?
