About this mod

Changes the animation of Maliketh's Weapon Art to Royal Greatsword's; adding Destined Death effects to normal attacks, as well as shooting Black Blade slashes during certain attacks.

HOW TO INSTALL

1. Install Mod Engine 2
2. Put the downloaded "mod" folder inside Mod Engine 2's folder


CHANGES

-Using the weapon art Quickstep or Destined Death now gives you a 70s buff:
1. coats your weapon with Destined Death flame, increases 45 holy dmg and applies a weakened version of Destined Death debuff
wth every hit from the weapon
2. Running R1/R2, Guard Counter, and charged R2 fire a Black Blade slash projectile
-The weapon buff VFX has been updated with a smoother and more menacing looking flame thanks to the help of another modder Mr. Melina
-Destined Death weapon art's animation has been changed to Wolf Assult's
-Changed backstep follow up R1 to the follow up of Bloodhound's Finesse with its i-frame kept
-Changed backstep follow up R1 while 2-handing to Giant Hunt
-Changed running R2 to Loretta's Slash
-You can dodge out of all moves of Ultra Greatsword much faster, including the weapon art




Quickstep changes

-Quickstep has been tweaked for the purpose of this mod, but will only work normally when equiped on Mailketh's Black
Blade
-The FP cost has been changed to 210, but for the best and intended experience of this mod, please use Yapped to change the FP cost to
the amount of your character's FP. See image for finding where to edit the FP cost
-The weapon arts has been separated into 2 groups with 4 weapon arts in each

A group(when you have enough mana for Quickstep)
-Foward+L2: weapon art based on Wolf Assualt
Very straight forward weapon art.  Has increased leaping range when locked onto enemy

-Left+L2: weapon art based on Frenzyflame Thrust
Has i-frame during the time you're airborne. Has increased leaping range when locked onto enemy

-Right+L2: weapon art based on Alabaster Lord's Pull
No interesting detail(its more like a filler)

-Backward+L2: weapon art based on the first part of Bloodhound's Finesse
Has i-frame during the backhop, fires a Black Blade projectile

-ideally, using A group weapon arts should drain your FP bar, which allows you to switch to B group

B group(when you dont have enough mana for Quickstep)
-Foward+L2: weapon art based on Destined Death
Like the VFX implies, has increased range on first 2 melee hits compared to the original. The sweep pulls enemies towards you

-Left+L2: weapon art based on Blade of Death
Has i-frame during the time you're airborne

-Right+L2: weapon art based on Lion's Claw
Has increased range and hits twice compared to the originalHas increased leaping range when locked onto enemy

-Backward+L2: weapon art based on Troll's Roar
Hits multiple times and pushes enemies away with the last hit. Has 50% dmg reduction and Superarmor during the entire
animation. Gives you a buff that changes your R2 attacks into Spinning Slash

-B group weapon arts completely refill your FP bar, which allows you to switch to A group again

-Because of the game's lock-on design, you can only use the forward version weapon art if you have no enemy locked on
