So I was absent for the last 2 years and didn’t update the mod because of issues like lack of motivation, losing interest in Elden Ring, and also technical issues, but now that I’m back, the only issue I have left is technical issues. It’s pretty much the entire reason I wasn’t able to update the mod to this day.
You might not have been aware, but I’m not really a knowledgeable modder, and don’t have enough knowledge to casually make sh’t up on the spot as a way to test the ways I could do things. I’m not that well-versed in the param editing department aside from knowing some of the bare bones basics, and the entire reason I was able to make this mod before was because I got the idea from LordGari, who tried to do it himself before, and I needed help from the Discord server called “?ServerName?” to re-build the musculature section for Choosable EBB. This means that it’s pretty easy for me to run into dead ends when I come face-to-face with technical issues, because I’m not knowledgeable enough to “f’ck around and find out” as they say. But either way, I’ll tell you what my current issues are.
① Despite being able to easily add new rows to the musculature section of the game, I had the issue
where the game would put those new musculature options into the Voice section as well. I’ll have to figure out that bug.
② This one is not a bug but a quality of life idea that I was trying to figure out for at least a year. I was trying to figure out if it’s possible to make the game separate EBB armor models from vanilla ones, because without any proper measures, the game only chooses to load *one* armor model, so let’s say you installed a mod specifically designed for EBB, since the vanilla body model proportions are small. If you switch back to the vanilla body, and try to wear the armor that you installed the EBB armor mod on, it will have the EBB proportions and not the vanilla armor model loaded. My ideas is to separate them, but I still have no clue how.
At first, my idea was to move the EBB models to the character’s sex section, which is how Fromsoft separates male and female models in their Partsbnd files, but I was told by a few modders that what I’m trying to do - adding a new sex - is walking into programming territory, which I have even less knowledge of than param editing. So just like I
mentioned before about how easily I end up in a dead end - I am now at a dead and have no other ideas on how to f’ck around and find out.

If anyone has any ideas, feel free to contact me on my Discord, shishino_migami.

Edit: A few hours later, I found out the solution to point ① when messing around with the params again. It was an issue of the tables overlapping. All that’s left for me now is separate the armor models for vanilla and modded.

Good luck! This mod is basically essential for EBB.

I could honestly release it without any changes to how it affects armor, but I don’t know, I wish choosing one body model would also change which armor model is loaded, but I don’t know how to.

And even without considering the armor thing, the custom nude body models still don’t work properly. When you try to choose them in the menu, it sometimes has a bug where it doesn’t properly generate the models, so you have to reload the map to make them generate properly after you choose a model in the menu. This is technically not a big issue, but it’s pretty rough and unrefined.
